Yes, and I have another idea. You said in the AV list,
the TV input is 2 down from the HDMI1. In the list, what
is between the HDMI1 and TV input? Let us say its HDM2.
I also assume that the AV button on your OEM remote (TvVideo
in Harmony) = InputNext command...
This did not work either and was difficult to sync with the HELP process as it could not seem to get past the HDMI2. On the Digital it never seemed to action the TVVideo command.
I have now gone back to Plan A i.e. the Clone with the extra MODE command on EXIT HDMI1 which just leaves me with the Power problem.
The choice I have to make here is the technical challenge and usability. I could handle all the switching/syncing etc but I think it defeats the object.
Of course, as you say, oh for a discrete TV command!!
I have a couple of thoughts which I will try and get back to you.
