Thanks for the quick response. I have a Vizio plasma, SA 8300HD DVR and Xbox 360 so my setup is pretty simple right now (my 5.1 system is being replaced).

Since 90% of my activities are really watching the DVR I was hoping I could just use the power button as the same as the watch TV activity. I'm not crazy about the feel of the touchscreen.
