Because there are so many world wide variations. It is supported ,just not on the database with that model number. Most devices are put there by users, so you could help the people that follow you by setting it up. You dont have to learn every command just 3 or 4.

Alternatively, just try a similar model/size variation, the Panny's are pretty much the same. Then if any commands are missing you can add them.
