Not unless it uses Z wave. Z wave is the only way for one RF device to communicate with another RF device from another manufacturer (legally). FCC rules don't allow this outside of Z wave protocol to avoid interference between different products from different mfrs.

If it does support Z wave you'd still need a Z wave compatible harmony like the 890 pro - not sure if the H1000 supports Z wave or not.
