harmony tech support 1-866-291-1505 depending on what country you get they might be able to help. india is not that helpful but canada is. a couple things you can try is deleting the temp files on your browser, or just simply wiggling the mini usb on the remote side. had the same problem the other day and wiggling it fixed it.
