Try with the TV HDMI cable disconnected to eliminate the "HDAVI/HDMI Control" possibility. If it's not the "HDAVI/HDMI Control", then try increasing the TV Inter-Device and Inter-Key delays (Device > Settings > Adjust Delays). Set them both to the same value in case the "criss-crossed" and/or "added together" delay bug(s) is/are still present.
