HDAVI is the Panny version of HDMI-CEC. Look in the TV Menu, Set Up, Other Settings, Control with HDMI: set it off.
It will send CEC commands between CEC-enabled devices to talk to each other.
It could turn your TV off/on when a device is turned on/off via the HDMI connection.
