I'm sure it isn't powering up the TV, the red power light doesn't come on.

I thought it had worked before, but I'm not sure. I typically always have the TV on prior to watching a movie, but yesterday I was modifying some programming on my Harmony and noticed it. I was changing some zone settings on my receiver for my Listening to CDs activity.

Both activities use HDMI 1 for the input. I have both my PS3 and HR21 connected to my receiver via HDMI and one HDMI out from the receiver to the TV.

Not sure what HDAVI is and AFAIK, there is no HDMI-CEC utility on the PS3. It doesn't matter if I power the PS3 on before OR after executing the activity (I'm powering the PS3 up manually).
