Yes, I've dealt with Logitech up to their 2nd level support in Canada and they are very helpfull but so far no result. I find it curious that when I press a key to learn a command, the indication on the 880 changes from 'Press a key' to 'No IR signal detected'. It must be detecting something, otherwise why change the message? I've also tried hanging a cloth over the two remotes to exclude outside light and using different 'dwell' times on pressing the key to see if that has an effect. Nada.
