I'm trying to get the 880 to work with the TV. So far, I've tried the full range of Logitech installation without any success. The TV remote doesn't seem to be able to talk to the 880 (when I put them head to head and press the indicated key, the 880 says 'No IR signal detected' - This sort of indicates that it is seeing some signal or why would it change from the instruction to press a key to the 'no IR signal detected?). I can't find a website for Ferguson to check their support. What I need, I think, is the hex codes for the remote so that I can send them to Logitech for input to their database. Can anyone help with either the website or hex code information?
