You need a remote (or in my case remotes for your clients), you find remotecentral, you find a few comments about Harmony, you find the Harmony thread, and then you find this post (which, inmho, should be made a sticky).

In fact, let's extend the praise to all?!?! When is the last time you went to a new site for a new subject and managed to find the right product choice, right thread and an great introduction in 20 minutes?
