While I prefer the rubber buttons on the TC 30, they volume and channel buttons are a bit low - I'm guessing that the designer was rather petite even though the remote is very long.
Also their tech support sucks big moose. They design their interface using safari or Mozilla so when you attempt to run the software you'll get messages like - Possible Browser Problem We have detected that you are using a browser that has not been fully tested for use with this web site. Users will experience problems accessing some portions of the web site when using browsers that have not been tested. Please be sure to use the remote software to access the correct browser.

Their tech support group is about as helpful as SPanky from the little rascals - if you e-mail them asking where to get the latest version of their software - they'll reply - via the web.
Also the logitech 880 I have gets recognized every time by my PC, my TC 30 has numerous connectivity and recognition issues within their software.
