Dear Stan,
I just purchased an MX 700 remote, and also need to install the discrete on/off codes for my new Hitachi RPTV (57SWX20B) into it.How do you plan to pull the cods of of the 8811 remote and install them into your MX 500? Additonally, where do you buy a 8811 and the JP 1 cable? do I really need to do that or can I obtain the codes elsewhere? thanks in advance for your help, I've just purchased the MX 700 and am struggling with it a bit.
