thanks for the quick response!
unfortunately, the 9500s and 9700s ccf's have the same problem with my receiver: the old discrete power codes toggle input attenutation. and the new codes you suggested have no effect on the receiver at all.
the input select codes listed in the file section do work, but my remote has discrete input select codes anyway.
any other brilliant ideas?
