I don't have the answer yet but it appears that each unit (LG, Sony and Hughes) has a different IR command set. "Chuck IV" is in the process of testing all 256 commands in this thread [Link: host79.ipowerweb.com] over at the JP1 forum. You might contact him and offer to help since it is a tedious process.

You can use John Fine's MakeHex and edit NEC.irp and change Device=247 save and drag and drop the edited NEC.irp onto MakeHex.exe in Windows (not Internet) Explorer and it will instantly create a file Nec.hex that will have all 256 commands. Use IR Panels to create a ccf file. What MakeHex calls Function number is what the JP1 people call OBC.

Both MakeHex and IR Panels are in the files section under Pronto and user created programs or something like that.
