Thanks a lot for the reply. 12 work days and a visit from the factory for my erased EEPROM doesn't sound extremlly appealing, but I'll see what I can do.
I agree with you, perhaps if 100's of people email/call Panasonic they will eventually respond to someone.
It just takes one post here to make everyone happy :)
