Okay my last follow up until Jason or some kind soul sees fit to reply:

When I am using an input channel on the TV other than antenna, I cannot even get the TV (using it's remote) to go to an antenna channel by typing in a channel number?

I was thinking if there was a way to get it to an antenna channel, then I could use a macro to step it through the input modes/channels to the right one for each of my components.

I just can't believe a high end TV like this doesn't accept the discrete codes for inputs. Why make it work for the ON and OFF then? Annoying.
