To match the ones you have listed to the Pronto Hex posted earler, look at just the two numbers listed under "HEX CODE":

The first is "11" for device 17 and is "01" for device 1.

The second has a leading "1", which you should ignore, then has a two digit hex number, which you can translate to decimal (using Windows Calculator in view/scientific if you don't know easier ways).

For example, "Power On" is shown as 4A, which is 74 decimal. That means it is the command posted earlier as "Power On Device Code: 17 Function: 74"
