I don't know of any program that can extract IR signals from an mxd file for use in any other brand of universal remote.

The brand specific programs that can use mxd files cannot display any signals in Pronto Hex. They can import (a subset of Pronto Hex) from CCF files, but have no (input nor output) support for the text form of Pronto Hex.

I expect the same signals are already available elsewhere at RemoteCentral in some CCF file other form that is more portable than mxd. But I haven't done the searches to find that.
