I'm trying to obtain Pronto hex codes for use with my URC MX-810 for this projector.

I have from Marantz the IR code I need as 00 116 01 . The spreadsheet indicates that the codes are NOT RC5 and to look in the .pfc file they also supply for more info. The .pfc file when opened up in WizIt 9 says RC5x 0 116 1 and the IR code listed is 5001 0000 0000 0002 0000 0074 0001 0000.

How do I get this to look like "learned" hex? My attempts at using makehex have been ineffective at best. I'm not sure about the device format for the .irp file and where the decimal goes (if at all) assuming it is in fact RC5x.
