All three of those are NECx2 protocol, device 67.83.

Number 5 = function 69

Play >/Pause |
Volume – = function 59

To decode those yourself you need the JP1 version of IrTool.exe
and you need DecodeIr.dll

Ignore the EFC number displayed by IrTool. EFC numbers
are only needed for UEI remotes (OneForAll and some models
of other brands).

I have been using Remote Central for ages, very handy. I've been trying to follow what
you guys do after you've done the above to generate a list of ir codes for a particular device? Reason I'm a bit confused; using IRTool to decode any IR, it doesn't seem what command value I put it and do Generate Code, the code doesn't change?

Also is there a list of functions that all manufacturers use, or is it different all the time and you just have to go through and test what each code does?

Hope that made sense, any help would be appreciated. I'd rather know how to do it myself so I don't have keep sending requests with IRs to you guys all the time?

Thanks

The further away the job is, the more problems it will have.
