Generating RC5 long form with MakeHex is easy and discussed in many threads. You use the rc5.irp file and just edit in the correct device number.
The DLO signals are similar to NEC1 protocol, but not similar enough to just edit the device number in nec1.irp. I forget where the threads were where I explained how to edit more in NEC1.irp to make those signals.
