How to load your 4200a codes into Harmony:

Obtain the long hex code table, such as:
0000 006D 0000 0022 00AC 00AC 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0040 0015 0689

Click on Support at the top of the harmony page.
TOOLS: IR Analysis Center.
Select Manual.
Under Data Type, it should say Pronto.

Paste the long hex code table into the Data Value box and click Process.
It should say "Converted from Pronto format successfully!"
Click next.
Click Select an active Device link.
Select your HD tuner from the list.
Name the command and click next.

It should say Command added successfully!

Then you can add those buttons to your device.

This is the only procedure that I have been successful in using.

I have no idea how to use the other options in the IR Analysis Center, nor how to use other formats, like the short hex codes such as F708 D02F or the original 2-3 digit decimal numbers. Does anyone else know how to use these codes, or an easy procedure for using makehex, which I haven't tried? What format does makehex use? It's rather confusing.

I am still missing the Closed Caption and AV-2 discretes for the HLP-5674w TV. Thanks to this forum, I got the rest to work!
