Hello,

I have been successfull deriving the code needed for input-8/Component on my Sharp Aquos LC-52X20E. How:

Take Makehex (here in the file service) and geneerate for Sharp the complete codebase for Fuction 17. (all 255). Use IR-Panel (can like Makehex be found in the files section) to create a .CCF to be downloaded in your pronto.

Now in order not to go through all of them I tested some of those functions named above - and --- they worked. Next step was to try out a possible code. I tried something that appeared logic.

Finally after only several qualified guestimates it is:

17/151-input-8 (component)

0000 006d 0000 0020 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 0046 000a 0046 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 0679 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 0046 000a 001e 000a 001e 000a 0046 000a 0679

Thanks to this forum for the tools and the ideas in it. Originally I hoped that someone "out there" had the answer easily for me, aparently not, so I had to go through it the hard way.

Have fun!
