I have plasmas with tube in the center speaker with no problems.

Installations where I use a dinky link will never ever again be the so called cfl (compact florescent) friendly ones. We accidentally had three of these models and they just have well been broken.. They don't work in any application well enough to sell.. Even a dark room..
