cannot learn IR codes from this dig cable remote to a TSU2000. About 20% of the channels go in but others don't. I will lose this sale if I can't get it to work. I already showed them how cool it was to touch an icon of the station and have it go to that channel. I've got their favorites list and everything...please help. To sum up...I try to learn a digit from motorola remote and pronto says it learned it but when button pushed on pronto...nothing. It did learn the "up" and "down" buttons. Cannot even get a number pad to work (exccept 2 and 8)
