Well, I used to deal with Chris Goetske, and was always impressed to speak to him everytime I called. Maybe it was just luck (good timing). Unfortunately, Chris left Captitol about a year ago, and my account was handed over to Holden Hansen. Since then I have never actually spoken to him (bad timing?). However, I am still very satisfied with Capitol, especially since the other reps I speak to have always answered my questions.
