vts1134, you never know around here but:
On an install for a customer who aquired Dish Network service (we do Direct) I noticed his Hughes HD receiver was identical to the Mits HD400. The IR codes are different but the operation is the same. The HD toggle actually sends alternating discrete on and off codes out of the remote. My not exactly open minded lead installer did not believe so I had to prove it to him. I don't know much about Dish's product but but if it's the Hughes box it should work
