I was about to go off on some hare-brained mounting scheme when I saw GotGame's LCD suggestion. That is exactly it -- you and your client will be balancing the cost of the display (and there are LCDs that have TV tuners, too) versus the cost of designing, obtaining and installing a heavy mount, along with the liability that you and your client are opened up to if you mount a heavy TV above them. No need to copy someone else's installation when a more sensible product makes a safer setup.
