but, with you being a certified Panasonic guy, it shouldn't be too bad, getting calls from unauthorized dealers to fix systems that non- certified people like me get called in to fix, since if we want to make our customers happy, we HAVE to call you....
(i don't install phone systems, and don't pretend to- all I'll do is run the wires along with any coax I run, but since I an this particular customer's home tech go-to guy......)

Problem solved.. the Panasonic rep gave me the number of a local guy who does nothing but Panasonic phone systems (and that's ALL the panasonic rep would tell me, other than, "Hey, we're having certification classes soon- $900 a person"... heh)
