We are using the Samsung SIRTS-160 and have had good luck with it. The S-video and composite video are always hot at 480i allowing for video sync, PIP or a backdoor to SD/HD toggling using the discretes for the TV. No luck on any discrete commands yet, but the picture and audio are good. The multpiple output options are a big plus compared to the DTC-100(RGB, Component, HDCP, all selectable at 480p, 720p, or 1080i)
