Well, I wouldn't take off the back off a Pioneer anyway. AFIK, you can lose the mirror that way. I usually pull the screen on Pioneer sets. W/ most Mits sets, you can pull the front grill and control panel, and see the sensor. Haven't tried a 73" though. I do know that the WS-73711 cabinet comes apart in two halves (2 screws on each side behind srew caps) to make delivery easier on those 2nd floor installs.
