My folks recently purchased Arcam's AVR200 receiver and it came with a CR80 remote control. The volume control does not work via the remote. The manual for the receiver shows a CR340 remote. The store where the purchase was made will not return their phone calls. Does anyone have any insight here? Is it the wrong remote? Can it be programmed to work? If so, how??
