Thanks guys,
might have my terminology mixed up. My effect speakers are the rears. Sorry. Have room on the rear walls (the lounge is as wide as the room) however they would be behind the head. I could put them in the corners.
Sounds like a conflict of preferences, so, could it be just a personal taste thing?
