The main drawback to Lutron on a large project is it's limited to 32 devices. There are ways to kludge around this, but it gets messy and expensive. I would prefer to use LiteTouch, but this requires a great deal of planning. I've personally done a 15K sq ft house in Vail. I use Crestron teamed with an Arrakis CD juke box. It turned out great. The Arrakis allows people to randomly select 1 of 6 different CD "players" so you can have different music playing all over the house.
