Sorry I have been tuned out for a while but I have to ask for some advice.
I have a client with a audio access px600 system that I sold him years ago. A contractor cut out the wires to the outdoor zone and removed the keypad and speakers. Now the system is only usable from the face and not the keypads. There is no shorted wires and it worked for sometime after this was done . It only locked up as soon as I re-introduced the zone.

Any ideas!
