I GOT IT!!! I bought a new unit today in NYC. I put it on a friend's computer, and it worked! Now I have to take it home to try it on mine. If it works, the other units were faulty, if not, my computer doesn't like the pronto for some reason. Either way, it works! Thank you for all your help and suggestions!
