TruAudio is basically trying to become another Sonace/Speakecraft and are trying to directly compete with these two companies. They have good mid range products and are working on higher end stuff.

In my geographic area they have good support. The president is an ex-custom installation guy who understands the business. As previously mentioned, he usually knows about any problems and is quick to correct them. I really like their air tight back box solution which works well for retrofits/installations in insulated ceilings (an issue where I live.

My other choice would be Bay Audio.
