First thing I would ask for is a remote that actually works. Second, make it work like the last generation of Pronto's(TSU-1000/2000/6000) and be as reliable and flexible but with the ability to display nice grahics. Third, DO NOT alpha/beta test the new remote on the general public. Fourth, give it RF capabilities that equal Crestron/AMX.
