I do a lot with a few remotes and do not recognize the SL-9000. What brand is that?
Pretending for a moment it is a Pronto, or Marantz, or even MX-whatever,
when you try to learn a command, what happens? Do you get FAIL (I would call this "Doesn't communicate right) or do you get no response at all (I would call this "can't get to communicate")?
We guess, I guess, that since the BenQ is a low-price item, it probably does not have an RF remote, right?
