I'd tend to agree that on a system of this size and scope an AMX or Crestron system is really the best way to go. However, if there simply is no money for control (which by the way I don't believe for a second), another option would be the RTI T2 with 1 or 2 IRF-6 units. You have full RF capability, touchscreen graphics, IR routing, RS-232 capabilities and a variety of power sensing options should you have chosen TOADs for the equipment.

I know there have been a few issues, primarily with a bad run of LCD units which by the way, RTI has replaced without question for us, but the product is a good one, with great capabilities. I happen to know one of the guys at RTI and he gave me a sneak peek at some of the new hardware they have in the pipeline and I gotta say I'm impressed with the thouht they've put into meeting my needs as a custom installer and system engineer.
