If it weren't for the Trinitron picture tube, Sony might be the worst company ever.

1) My parts people can't get an eta or check stock
2) When I need new TVs, they arrive when they arrive, can't get an eta
3) Parts are NLA as soon as 5 years from date of manufacture
4) And the web site sucks

Sony has been very profitable due to their position in the CRT television market, but if they don't get there customer service act together in the new age of alternative displays, they will become irrelevent.
