What plasma do you intend to use? New Pioneers have a seperate media receiver as do many others. These sets have an expencive cable that has a max leanth of 10 meters. Now if you use the pioneer and use pioneer gear in your closet you can link all the equipment through the SR link on the back of each piece. Then when you point the remote at the receiver on the plasma it will sent it into the closet for you. The other more common way to do it with any type of equipment is to buy Universal Remote MX800. It has an RF base that has 6 emitters and a built in blaster. They work great.
