pronto, one RF extender on one TV with an emitter
from the extender port to one TV and set the pronto
to control this device by RF and the other TV
by IR. If the TV that is set up as an RF device
in the pronto is selected, then the remote will
not send IR allowing independent remote operation.

Except for the above mentioned problem of the other TV getting the IR signal too, unless there is a way of blocking the receiver.
