This is what I've heard, haven't tried yet...

While the sprinter does have great space, look
out for the tires. Sure, it corner's well, but
it basically uses "car" tires. Why is that an
issue? A lower ground clearance. Those of you
who battle snow, mud, (and in this day and age)
flooding and hurricanes may want to keep that
in mind.

The fact it uses car tires has nothing to do with ground clearance. It's the tire & rim size that will give better ground clearance providing you had it in the first place. The fact it uses car tires means lower replacement costs and lower prices for snow tires. Not a bad thing IMHO. Depending on the model type the tire sizes are 195/70/15, 225/70/15 or 225/65/16 non of these tires are low profile tires. I've seen similar tire sizes on vans.

If you battle snow on regular basis, only snow tires will work. Ground clearance only helps when you've received a large snow fall and the drifts are high.

The Canadian version only comes with a 154 hp/245 ft. lbs turbo diesel. A decent amount of torque for a van.
Logic is a systematic method of coming to the wrong conclusion with confidence.
