OEX....can you honestly tell me that you, as a seasoned professional, would let this go in your own house?

Customer's house where it clearly didn't affect the system, and you got bottom line to worry about, sure slap in a decora switch and call it good...your house? Bet you're ripping out drywall to see what some idiot did before you showed up!

THAT'S why we (read, I ) need to find this info out...I don't know, and it's an unacceptable ego slap!
