I used to use Proflex as well, but dropped them because of quality control issues. I use Tributaries cable now as well. Great stuff, good prices and great people to work with. It also doesn't hurt that their HQ are about 10 minutes from my office :)
I have access to most of the others, and they're all pretty good. I tend to stay away from Monster simply because it is mass-marketed now. Not to say it's bad cable, but I don't want to be locked into a retail price for cable. I recommend cables to my customers, and have little objection, so I figure why bother recommending a cable they've probably heard of and will want to price shop?
Just my $.02 worth of input...
