Gents,

i've been talking with my colleague, and we were discussing exactly what needs to be in the proposal.

My thoughts were that it needs:

Synopsis of work to be completed and the goal of the project
a cost breakdown, where each pound is allocated and the payment terms
a start and completion date
what warranty and training will be provided
the equipment used in the install and a drawing of location

is there anything else that needs to be included within the proposal ?
