How about having an industry wide, one week M* trade-in program? Bring us your M* product and we will give you credit toward another brand. Then, we can send a pile of this stuff back to where it came from. We live in a ski community as well and are afraid of the negative image that this kind of exposure gives our industry. The last thing we want is clients putting us in the same boat as M* and Bose.
