I went back and read through that article and the court filings. Unlike, alot of you guys I DO USE MONSTER PRODUCTS. In fact that's all I use. I was pretty happy with them. They have a nice markup that I can pass on to the customer, and it's a recognizable name, so I found them VERY easy to sell to my customers.

In fact I have a 3m component cable in front of me that I will be cutting up and sending back to MONSTER, with a nice note about how the little guy does have friends and although we might not be able to fight MONSTER in court we do not have to buy their products. Will this hurt MONSTER? No. But I can sleep better at night knowing that in some stupid way I stood up for something.

In fact I might start carrying around a copy of the article to show my customers when they start asking about MONSTER cables.
